User Data & Account Deletion
Universal Policy for all TTTEDDEL Applications
1. Requesting Account Deletion
If you have created an account on any of our TTTEDDEL platforms or management systems and wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, you can request deletion by following these steps:
- Via Email: Send an email to info@e-ict.co.ke from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Via Contact Form: Submit a request through our Contact Form stating your intent to delete your account.
Our support team will process your request and permanently remove your account data from our active servers within 14 business days.
2. Apps with Local Data Only (e.g., TTTEDDEL DC)
Some of our applications, such as the TTTEDDEL Digital Business Card (DC) app, do not require an account. All data you enter into these specific apps is stored entirely locally on your own device.
To completely delete your data for local-only apps:
- Open your device Settings.
- Navigate to Apps or Application Manager.
- Select the specific TTTEDDEL app.
- Tap Storage and select Clear Data, or simply Uninstall the application.
3. Data Retention
Upon receiving a valid deletion request for cloud-based accounts, we will delete all personal identifying information. However, please note that we may retain certain anonymized, non-identifiable data for security logs, legal compliance, and accounting purposes as required by law.
